We want you to be happy with your order. If you need help with a return, contact us at support@peaktrendco.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back.
Returns
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used personal care, beauty, hair, sleep, and shower accessories cannot be returned.
Return Instructions
Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable Items
Used items, items not in original condition, final-sale items, gift cards, and items returned without approval are not eligible for refund.
